Mac Paint Pot Moss Scape Review, Photos and Swatches

Mac Moss scape Paint Pot Review

Today on The Lovely Nerds I am bringing you a quick review of Mac's Paint Pot in Moss Scape. Want to see more? Keep reading -->

Mac Paint Pots are available at maccosmetics.com and at Mac counters/stores for $17.50 plus tax for 0.17 FL OZ. They are essentially a cream eyeshadow, most frequently used as eyeshadow bases.

Moss Scape is a lovely olive-ish green with a golden sheen to it.

Here are two swatches of the product, a heavy swatch and then blended out on my arm. The blended swatch is more of what you get on the lid than the heavy swatch. If you apply it heavily like the first swatch, it will crease on your eyes.

Unless you store these shadows upside down they will dry out much more quickly. You can get several years worth of use out of these if you store them properly.

Overall: This is not my favorite paint pot, I experienced creasing with it and it did migrate. It didn't last very long on my lids either. The color is lovely, the product is nice, but this particular shade is just not a real winner for me.
